Living Overseas is Tough.
So I’ve been living overseas now for 7 months and I think I have a top four list of why it sucks living overseas.
- Missing My Wife. I worry about her being faithful even though she’s a good woman. I also worry about myself and how much longer I can resist offers from other women.
- My finances. My wife is in charge of all my money and recently had to help me file my income tax returns. Lucky for me, she found an online service to make filing painless. She just searched for info about Income Tax for US Expats.
- Home Cookin’. I miss my wife’s and my mother’s cooking. My wife makes a killer batch of stuffed bell peppers and my mother can make a baked macaroni that’s out of this world.
- Saint Games. The saints are undefeated and all I can do is track the games online.
